PC cover: This material passes the SAE certification, is has wonderful features of thermostability, uvioresistant,invariant color;it also has high transparency and impact toughness;

PC bottom: It can resistant to elevated temperature of 230-240 °C, with good performance of impact toughness;

Terminals: Made of phosphorized copper,futures:excellent elastic force,it can stand repeating frequency of insert and draw.Terminals are cladded to prevent oxidizing;

Terminal hole: Terminal hole is sealed by soft epoxy glue which can be full of tiny gaps to reach sealing effect;After this soft epoxy glue cooling,it is a kind of elastomer that has the excellent features of prevent transformation caused by high/low temperature and stress.It has outstanding isolation,waterproof,anti-seismic,adhesive functions.

Circuit board: Double-faced epoxy boards, using high qulity light-reflected paint to twice painting, it makes boards durable in use;

Bulb: We are using double-filament bulb. Normally the lifetime of bulb is 600 hours, our bulb can used 1200 hours.

Design structure: This lamp is reasonably structured,using untrasonic wave to connect the lamp cover and bottom, it this way, it can achieve goals of waterproof,anti-seismic and anti-dust.
